FRIDAY

The final day of our week long community build consisting mostly of adding the finishing touches to the playground area. Final layers of paint were applied on the colourful jungle gym and the roof of the shed was installed and then painted with a protective coat.

A wooden riding horse was also scraped and repainted since we had some extra paint left.

Another jungle gym was painted on Friday as it had been moved across the playground. The bare timber surfaces present at the foot of the jungle gym had to be painted to prevent any possible damage to the wood due to the weather.

Just before lunch we attended a quick 'thank you' presentation organised by the school staff.
